Agreement

By accessing or using the AMMOR Intelligence Group platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Platform Use

The AMMOR Intelligence Group platform is licensed to authorized organizations for fraud intelligence and investigative analytics purposes. Users must be authorized by their organization and comply with applicable laws and regulations governing the handling of claims data, personal information, and investigative information.

AI Advisory Nature

All AI-generated intelligence assessments, risk scores, and findings are advisory in nature. They do not constitute final decisions regarding claims, benefits, coverage, or legal matters. All final determinations must be made by qualified human professionals. AMMOR Intelligence Group is not responsible for decisions made based solely on AI-generated findings without appropriate human review.

Data Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate authorization to submit claim data and personal information to the platform. Clients must comply with all applicable privacy laws, insurance regulations, and data protection requirements in their jurisdiction.

Prohibited Use

Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
Submitting false or fabricated claim information
Attempting to circumvent platform security controls
Sharing access credentials with unauthorized individuals
Using platform outputs to discriminate unlawfully

Limitation of Liability

AMMOR Intelligence Group provides intelligence tools to support human decision-making. We are not liable for decisions made by clients based on platform outputs. Platform availability, accuracy, and completeness are provided on a best-efforts basis.
